Unique design with 8802-like head and wood shaft with 4 three inch steps. Bottom of shaft with 3 bands of whipping similar to Spalding Jones' transition irons from the late 1930's. The putter had an original gold plated face and sight line. It has been repainted in gold with black surrounds. Standard brown double-taper flat top grip used on most Northwestern's of this vintage, is very good with insignificant 1/16" split at bottom of grip. 34 1/2".
