Mint in box. Tested with water for full 48 ounces (3 pints); this glass is 23" high with top diameter of over 4 1/2" and flat base. The 'yard' actually refers to a volume used in contests which is 1.42 litres (about 3 US pints). The record for time for drinking a beer 'yard' is 5 seconds, FYI. The 3/4 yard refers to height of vessel. Full yard lengths have same 48 ounce capacity due to thinner neck. These are great glasses for bar owners. Glass with stand and hardware is in styrofoam, unused.
