MacGregor Jerry Travers National amateur Champion 1,3 woods

Golfengineering ID: cucwd0423
Vintage: Late 1920's
Gender-Dexterity: men's right handed
Lifecycle: used
Shaft type: steel

Good condition for these unique dealer woods. Travers was a boy wonder, winning 4 US Amateurs and a US Open before abruptly retiring in 1915 at age 28. Head condition is amazingly good with no chips or noticeable nicks; only clearcoat wear. Good unstepped steel shafts with borethru head design. Super cool extra long black ferrules (5"). Good leather wrap grips with pretty good collar whipping and colored endcaps in place. Playable as is or collectable.
